The positioning
digital readout model has been made according to the most advanced design
and, as a result, this is one of the most versatile, exclusive and reliable
instrument today available in the market. High integration components
(micro controllers, EPLD, etc...) have been used to produce the and
high level technological solutions have been adopted, i.e.:
Special cover
made of shockproof expanded tecnopolymer with conductive treatment for
protection against interference.
Tactile watertight front keyboard (IP 67) with protection against electrostatic
discharges (5.000.000 movements are assured).
Circuit engineered in order to eliminate any kind of harness or hard
wiring.

ME600

The digital
Readout ME 600 is controlled by a powerful microcomputer and by high
integration components (EPLD) in order to get best operating performance
and reliability. On the tactile watertight front keyboard (IP 67) all
settings can be performed by pressing the relative keys or by function
codes. So the use of ME 600 is very easy and immediate. The instrument,
moreover, gives to the operator many acoustic and visual signals to
perform correctly all the operations and advise in case of wrong procedures.
The instruments, being programmed by keyboard, can be always re-used
with different types of machine tools.

Merit
ME510

Combined
to appropriate transducers (rotary encoders or linear scales), the ME
510 solves all problems tied to counting and displaying of length or
thickness measures, as well as of machined pieces number, which can
arise on any type of manufacturing machine.
The ME 510 displays up to a maximum of 6 figures, with decimal point
which can be set according to the need. Data saving at instrument turning
off is assured on internal re-writable memory and no buffer battery
is therefore required. A correcting factor of the input pulses can be
set to obtain the display always matching the actual movements of the
machine. Combinable transducers can be: an incremental rotary or linear
encoder (linear scale).
The ME 510 offers several different application possibilities: in addition
to all machines performing cuttings or machining at a preset size, the
ME 510 can be applied in various sectors, from the food sector (e.g.
machines for pasta plants to predetermine the quantity of product to
work), to the wood sector (e.g. honing machines to check the panel thickness),
from steel sheets (e.g. presses to display the ram position or benders
to indicate distance between rollers), to the glass (e.g. grinding machines
for thickness control), marble (e.g. edge polisher to preset the operation
of one head), to the fabric sector (e.g. finishing machines for meter
counting with total and partial count). |

Magnetic band GIVI MP200 is composed by a magnetic strip, which is polarized
at regular distances of 2+2 mm and supported by a stainless steel carrier.
Extremely easy mounting to the operating machine. As an optional, the
magnetic band is supplied with a magnetically transparent stainless
steel cover for physical protection; for its fixing an adhesive tape
is pre-mounted.
